Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order, which means we only produce items once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including incorrect sizing, color changes, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to help!

Please contact us at info@isitnecessary.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Your order number

We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or by mistake.

To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to our size guides available on each product page.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
